蒜香马鲛鱼

[size=3]材料:马鲛一条,蒜头3瓣,姜丝各少许.

[/size][url=http://my.meishichina.com/javascript.:;][u][b][size=3][url=http://my.meishichina.com/javascript.:;][u][b][color=#3399cc]做法[/color][/b][/u][/url][/size][/b][/u][/url][size=3]:1:把杀好的马鲛洗净,然后把鱼肚子的黑膜要弄干净,这样才不会有腥味.切成厚块,放点盐和姜丝腌15分钟。
2:把锅烧热后,拿两片姜擦下锅.再倒油. 把腌好的鱼块滤干水分后,放进锅里(切口朝下)用小火把两面都煎黄后盛起。
3:在另一空碗里放进酱油,少许盐,糖,一点点陈醋,加入半碗清水和少许生粉拌匀后备用.
4:锅里再倒些油,把蒜片放锅里爆香.把上面的酱汁倒进烧开后, 把煎过的鱼放进锅里,倒少许料酒,用中火焖2-3分钟左右,就可上碟了。
