南瓜香肠卷

[url=http://my.meishichina.com/batch.download.php?aid=26776][img]http://my.meishichina.com/attachments/2008/12/23642_200812311402353Uak8.jpg[/img][/url]                  [size=3]             自从学会做南瓜馒头起,我们家几乎就再没出现过白花花的馒头,甚至连包子也几乎是清一色的金黄色。南瓜那黄澄澄的颜色和香喷喷的味道实在是招人喜爱。偶尔和香肠碰在一块,更是让人爱不惜手。

材料:南瓜一小块(约100克),面粉2碗,酵母1/2汤匙,

[size=3]          2)把蒸熟的南瓜用汤匙压成泥。

[/size] [size=3]      3)少许白糖放碗里,倒进3汤匙开水,把糖化开,等水凉至35度左右,把酵母倒[/size]

[size=3]           4)取一大盆,把面粉倒入,放少许盐,南瓜泥倒进中间把酵母水淋在面粉上,然后把所有材料[/size]
[size=3]              用筷子拌匀.

          5)把搅匀后的面粉揉到光滑不粘手的面团,然后收圆放盆里,盖上盖子或保鲜膜,
[size=3]               静置1小时,发酵完成.

         6)把发酵好的面团分成若干分,取一份擀薄成方形。然后把香肠放在一侧卷起来成棍状,切成均匀的单数小段(仅切到3/4处,外面一侧保持连接)。然后把双数的那几截扭到另一侧。文字表达能力不强,大家还是看图吧。

        7)把切好的面胚放进蒸笼里蒸12分钟,熄火后再焖3-5分钟即可。

醒一醒再上锅蒸,会松软一点。但二度醒发的时候,我常常会忘了看时间,所以通常都是做好后,就上锅蒸,但是用中火,而且是冷水入锅,也算是留了一点时间来二度醒发。口感只是稍逊色一点,但影响不大。
