胡萝卜牛肉煲---给宝宝吃最好

天天做饭,天天吃饭

有的时候上菜场真是愣神

不知道要买些什么菜

因为家里有宝宝,

所以每天汤是不可少的

每天都希望做不同的汤,

这样吃起来也不厌烦

今天做的是胡萝卜牛肉煲

这个是专门为宝宝做的一个营养汤

很清爽的.

材料超级简单,一看就明白

牛肉切块,胡萝卜滚刀切,准备点葱姜蒜

牛肉焯水,去血水,去杂质

然后放进紫砂煲里面,放入黄酒,

我用的就是这样的懒人版的锅,不用看锅的,不会溢的
先把牛肉炖大概1个半小时,然后放胡萝卜

总共大概炖了2个半小时
牛肉已经很烂了
汤里面含有胡萝卜的清甜
真的很不错

虽然肯定不是什么好鸡,但总是鸡肉啊
还是很划算的
自己撕下来,再撒点椒盐粉,还是很不错的
