清凉的选择---拍黄瓜

看了生活空间的百姓厨房(这个是我们无锡的一个节目)

学了这个拍黄瓜

好像我也报名报过几次了,

也没有被录用,哈哈

材料:
黄瓜,鸡胸肉,芝麻

放生姜黄酒盐煮大概20分钟

煮熟后捞出

放凉后撕成细丝(我以前做麻辣鸡丝也是这样做的)

由于腌制过的黄瓜会出水,将出的水倒掉
然后放入鸡丝,蒜粒,芝麻,香匆油,香油,少许糖,鸡精,
